1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Applicant", "Candidate", or "Client") and Aashank Communication Pvt. Ltd. (operating Checking Bollywood, S Video Pictures Studio, Purvanchal Film Academy, and ARS Media Studio).
To register for auditions or utilize our services, you must be at least 18 years of age or have obtained explicit parental/guardian authorization if participating in minor talent categories (under 18 years). By clicking "Register", downloading digital passes, or using this platform, you affirm full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Registration & Account Integrity
All candidates must supply truthful, authentic, and up-to-date information during talent registration:
- Providing false headshots, fabricated credentials, manipulated showreels, or impersonating another performer will result in immediate disqualification without notice.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any issued candidate registration IDs, digital pass QR codes, or account access credentials.
- Aashank reserves the right to verify candidate credentials against government databases prior to finalizing any casting contracts.
3. Auditions, Casting Calls & Digital Entry Passes
1. Digital Audition Passes generated via the Checking Bollywood portal are strictly non-transferable and issued exclusively to the registered applicant.
2. On-ground admission to audition audition centers (Mumbai, Lucknow, Delhi, Varanasi, etc.) is subject to scanning of the unique QR code along with mandatory presentation of matching physical government photo ID.
3. Generation or possession of a digital audition pass guarantees an audition slot evaluation but does not constitute a guarantee of selection, casting, or employment in any film or television production.

All candidates, accompanying guardians, and guests must adhere to strict professional decorum:
5. Jury Decisions & Selection Policy
All audition evaluations, scores, judge feedback, shortlists, and casting decisions made by the Checking Bollywood Jury Panel, Directors, and Producers are final, binding, and non-contestable. No correspondence, appeals, or legal claims regarding artistic selection criteria will be entertained.
6. Intellectual Property, Likeness & Broadcast Rights
By auditioning or participating in televised/streamed rounds of Checking Bollywood or Aashank productions:
- Performer Likeness Release: You grant Aashank Communication Pvt. Ltd. the perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to film, photograph, record, and broadcast your performance, name, voice, and likeness across television, OTT streaming platforms, social media, and cinema promos.
- Studio Intellectual Property: All trademarks, show formats, logos, stage scripts, original music scores, and broadcast footage remain the exclusive intellectual property of Aashank Communication Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliated producers.
7. User Submissions & Media Reels
You represent and warrant that all video showreels, monologue scripts, musical compositions, and headshots uploaded to our servers do not infringe on any third party's copyright, trademark, privacy, or proprietary rights. You agree to indemnify Aashank against any copyright infringement claims arising from your submissions.
8. Studio & Broadcast Equipment Services
Clients hiring 4K/8K multi-cam rigs, post-production dubbing suites, DI color mastering floors, or soundstages operated by S Video Pictures / ARS Media Studio must execute a separate commercial Service Level Agreement (SLA). All equipment rentals are subject to mandatory security deposits, insurance verifications, and signed equipment dispatch logs.
9. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following unauthorized activities:
- Reselling, scalping, duplicating, or falsifying Checking Bollywood audition passes.
- Attempting to bribe, solicit, or exert improper influence on jury members, casting directors, or crew.
- Reverse-engineering, scraping, or attempting unauthorized penetration tests against our web servers and databases.
- Disseminating defamatory, derogatory, or false claims regarding Aashank's audition process on digital channels.
10. Disclaimers & Warranties
OUR SERVICES, DIGITAL PORTALS, AND AUDITIONS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. AASHANK COMMUNICATION PVT. LTD. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND CONTINUOUS UNINTERRUPTED SERVER OPERATION.
11. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
In no event shall Aashank Communication Pvt. Ltd., its directors (including Ashwin Singh), affiliates, employees, or broadcast partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in auditions, rejection by casting panels, or portal downtime. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aashank against any third-party claims or damages resulting from your breach of these Terms.
12. Governing Law & Mumbai Court Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or audition participation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
13. Modifications to Terms
Aashank reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to this portal. Continued use of our audition systems or services following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
