4. Legal Basis for Processing
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (with 2011 Intermediary Rules), our processing is based on:

7. Talent Media & Portfolio Privacy
When you upload performance reels, acting monologue videos, or portfolio photographs to our portal, you retain your moral copyright. However, by applying for Checking Bollywood or studio productions, you grant Aashank Communication Pvt. Ltd. a non-exclusive, worldwide license to review, evaluate, showcase during jury rounds, and broadcast short highlight excerpts for show promotions.

For child actors, vocal prodigies, and talent under the age of eighteen (18) years applying for Checking Bollywood Junior or child casting roles, registration must be executed by a verified parent or legal guardian.
